Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001 or similar standards.

• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Establish and maintain detailed maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiatives alignment.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and parts procurement.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processes.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Direct Hire

Salary $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Shift: 7am-7pm (Flexibility needed)

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Manager? You’ll be:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Overseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Establishing and maintaining detailed maintenance records and computer logs.
• Ensuring alignment with company objectives for energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiatives.
• Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies.
• Coordinating and overseeing third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processes.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellence.

• Possess proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

• Have experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Are familiar with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, or similar standards.
• Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
