This role is responsible for supervisingand developing a team of maintenance technicians (5) and a janitor, providing troubleshooting support, managing the computerized maintenancemanagement system (CMMS), developing short and long-term plans for facilitydevelopment, and managing the maintenance and repair budget.

Key Tasks

• Supervise and lead a team of 5 maintenance technicians and 1 janitor.
• Provide troubleshooting support for equipment and facility issues.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.
• Manage Limble, the site's computerized maintenance management.
• Develop short and long-term plans for facility development and maintenance.
• Manage the repair and maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations.

Your Background

• Engineering degree with 5 years of maintenance experience or minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS software.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks preferred.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and teach, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with peers to develop overall solutions to problems
• Otherqualifications or experiences.
