Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to complete apartment maintenance and prepare units for occupancy. This on-site role offers hourly wages and potential commission, with a family-oriented, energetic culture.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing and appliance repair, strong communication, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Prior knowledge of various building codes.
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment.

Salary Range: $17.35-$20.40 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
