Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to perform apartment maintenance and prepare units for occupancy with accuracy and efficiency.

You will complete work orders, assist with building and common area maintenance, and participate in the Preventive Maintenance program while supporting a customer-focused, team-driven culture.

Compensation ranges from $17.35 to $20.40 per hour, with commission, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Prior knowledge of various building codes.
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment.
