Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Make-Ready Technician to join our residential property management team in Overland Park, KS. You will perform make-ready apartment maintenance, complete work orders, and support building upkeep to ensure units are ready for new tenants.

We value dependable team players with a basic maintenance background and a focus on safety and customer service. Competitive hourly pay ($17–$20) plus commission depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing and appliance repair).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Prior knowledge of various building codes.

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Salary Range: $17-$20 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
• Assist with building and common area maintenance

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1 year of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of various building codes

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
