Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prep units for occupancy, perform timely apartment maintenance, and support ongoing property upkeep.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in multi-family maintenance, the ability to use common maintenance tools, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair, plus strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking property equipment.

Salary Range: $17.35-$20.40 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Our Ideal Candidate

• 1 year of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
• Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of various building codes
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
