Senior Resource Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day operations and care of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Director. You will complete work orders, prepare vacant units, manage inventory, and run the preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities also include grounds work and supporting special projects as needed. The role supports senior living communities across the USA and requires reliability and a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Writes simple correspondence and communicates effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and the property's physical asset under supervision.
• Complete work orders as assigned and perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments.
• Manage inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Perform grounds work as directed, including landscaping and cleanup.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
