Senior Resource Group is hiring for a maintenance role to support the day-to-day operations of a 363-apartment property on a 20 acre campus. You will perform Work Orders, handle make-ready tasks, and execute preventative maintenance under the Maintenance Director's direction.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel or property maintenance experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent hospitality-minded service to residents.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in hotel, apartment, or similar maintenance roles is preferred.
• Good hospitality and communication skills to interact with residents.

Responsabilités

• Complete Work Orders as assigned and within approved expenses.
• Maintain 363 apartments on a 20 acre campus and common areas.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units per directions.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Handle special projects as required.
