Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing multifamily community upkeep.

The role focuses on repairs, make-ready processes, and preventative maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, capable of coordinating with vendors and residents, and able to handle on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/trade school preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal is required; CAMT preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance with apartment make-ready capabilities is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling maintenance activities and make-readies.
• Prioritize service requests and monitor workload to ensure timely completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community appliances and equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with necessary repairs.
• Document service requests and preventive maintenance in OneSite.
