Camden is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing multifamily community upkeep, including make-readies, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The role emphasizes customer service and team collaboration to meet community goals.

The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience, relevant EPA/CAMT certifications, and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances while coordinating with vendors and the

Qualifications

• High school diploma with some college or trade school preferred.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred; city/state permits as applicable.
• Must be able to perform tile work, carpentry, and make-ready tasks.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with supervision and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Prioritize service requests, manage emergencies, and monitor daily workload.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community appliances and equipment.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and coordinate make-readies with vendors.
• Document service requests and maintenance in OneSite.
• Respond to and complete repairs on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
