Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems is required or a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of hotel rooms and general property maintenance.
• Complete work orders in a timely and high-quality manner.
