Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Santa Monica property. You will perform general maintenance to meet quality standards, handle preventative tasks, and address guest requests with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include inspecting electrical systems, servicing the pool, and refurbishing room furniture. The role requires teamwork, a professional appearance, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel quality.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., room care).
• Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with major repairs of hotel equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen/ laundry gear.
• Service the pool area, adjust chemicals, and log maintenance activities.
• Maintain building exterior and curb appeal (snow removal, lawn, painting).
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and finish as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests; ensure guest satisfaction.
