Job summary

Danone in Jacksonville seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Technical Manager to lead maintenance and reliability operations for the site. You will oversee technical resources, drive a 3–5 year capital plan, and ensure safe, reliable production aligned with GMP and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in food manufacturing operations or technical leadership, with expertise in TPM, project management, and capital budgeting.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in an Engineering discipline or similar technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years operational and management experience in food manufacturing, serving in an operation or technical capacity; 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain a Spare Parts Stocking Strategy, including stock room management, parts kitting programs, and deployment of preventive and predictive tools.
• Demonstrate MP&S leadership, R&M Cost Execution, PM Pillar/IWS Leadership.
• Demonstrate loss analysis, breakdown analysis, vendor management, mechanic development, and automation leadership.
• Coordinate programs for lubrication, utility system management and maintenance safety.
• Provide administrative direction of Maintenance, Purchasing, Infrastructure and Controls to meet objectives.
