Danone is hiring a Maintenance Leader in City of Industry, CA. You will own the equipment maintenance plan, drive reliability, and lead planning/scheduling for weekly and monthly horizons in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, KPI-driven improvement, and collaboration with line teams while upholding safety and GMP standards to support 24/7 operations.

Competenze

• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Review and prioritize work orders within 24 hours of generation.
• Lead the scheduling of maintenance work for the next week and month.
• Coordinate planned stops and maintenance tasks into the Plan.
• Develop and update annual maintenance plan and KPI tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations (WISE).
