You will maintain and improve plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support system installations to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, communication, and teamwork. Qualifications include a high school education, 2+ years in maintenance, and lifts certification.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years in maintenance related field.
• Certification to operate lifts and other required equipment.
• Basic knowledge of boilers, air and ammonia compressors, and all utilities systems.
• Must achieve 185 or better on Danone Maintenance Entrance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and create dependable equipment throughout the facility.
• Implements continuous improvements and supports new system installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to meet schedules; train/coaches teammates.
• Prioritize safety and foster effective working relationships across the organization.
