Job summary

Danone is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our Dallas, TX plant to lead equipment reliability and maintenance for an assigned line. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, drive uptime, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and CI teams on reliability initiatives and capital projects.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing, strong skills in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset. This role reports to the IWS team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance activities and teams; reliability initiatives.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.
• Drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime of critical assets.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize performance.
• Influence maintenance strategy, preventive/predictive programs, and reliability improvements.
• Own KPIs tied to equipment effectiveness, reliability, and maintenance cost.
• Participate in upgrades, capital projects, and new technology implementations.
