Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff across our apartment communities in the United States. You will oversee interior and exterior repairs, groundskeeping, and safety to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, inspecting properties, coordinating vendors, and maintaining a compliance manual. 2–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA/CPR-style certifications not specified; relevant trade skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and supervise day-to-day activities.
• Ensure interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping for safety and appeal.
• Inspect community and grounds regularly and identify repairs.
• Coordinate lawn and outdoor services with approved vendors.
• Set up and maintain Community Compliance Manual.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure proper trash removal and safe storage of maintenance items.
• Maintain availability to residents and management on a regular basis.
• Attend meetings and training; comply with safety/OSHA rules.
