You will lead and coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain equipment and infrastructure, plan maintenance, schedule, order parts, and manage repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field is required.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly employees.
• Plan maintenance around production schedules; identify and locate spare parts; coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment; ensure accurate scope for efficient planning.
