Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or 4 years of maintenance experience.
• 3 years leading an hourly union workforce preferred.
• Electrical maintenance supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees and plan maintenance work.
• Identify and locate critical spare parts for repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.
