Job summary

ATI in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania is looking for a leader in repair and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. You'll oversee hourly employees and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance work.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in a technical field, strong leadership skills, and is capable of troubleshooting various equipment types. Experience in a Melt Shop or with metals processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Melt Shop environment.
• Supervisory experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Plan and schedule maintenance around production schedules.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Strong leadership skills

Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints

Experience with resolving issues to root cause

Knowledge and maintenance of rotating equipment

Education

Associate's degree in a technical field

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
