Job summary

You will manage work orders, supervise make-ready processes, and ensure vendor quality. Strong focus on safety, cost containment, and resident satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work to meet company standards and budgets.
• Oversees make-ready process and pre-move-out inspections with vendors and contractors.
• Develops cleaning and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitors work orders from resident requests and ensures timely repairs.
• Oversees vendor and contractor work to meet quality and safety standards.
• Manages inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials within budget.
• Prepares maintenance and capital expense budgets using financial statements.
• Leads periodic safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
