Job summary

Our client, a global technology company in the building automation and industrial technology industry, seeks a hands-on maintenance supervisor to oversee mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance across multiple sites. You will coordinate preventative maintenance programs, monitor performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings, strong leadership and record-keeping skills, and the ability to travel to active

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience with industrial capabilities.
• Experience planning preventative maintenance.
• Experience managing people and keeping records.
• Experience with RMX plants and trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs.
• Travels dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments.
• Directs maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules.
• Ensures all preventative maintenance keeps plant aggregate gates in optimal condition.
• Enforces ultimate field safety adherence for the maintenance division.
