The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong record-keeping, and team leadership skills, with a focus on safety and preventive maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2-3 years maintenance experience with industrial capabilities.
• Experience preparing plans for preventative maintenance.
• Managing people and keeping accurate records.
• Experience with RMX plants and trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs
• Travels dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments
• Directs maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules
• Ensures all preventative maintenance keeps plant aggregate gates in optimal condition
• Enforces ultimate field safety adherence for the maintenance division
