Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a global manufacturing client in the building automation and industrial technology sector seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. You will coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities across plant equipment, perform systematic inspections, and analyze data to initiate maintenance work orders.

You'll contribute to improving plant mechanical and infrastructure systems, provide technical support for plant activities, and lead a team with strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities.
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment.
• Analysis of data collected and initiate appropriate maintenance work orders.
• Improve plant mechanical and infrastructure equipment.
• Provide technical support for plant activities and the maintenance functions.
