Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified maintenance supervisor for a premier client in the building automation and industrial technology industry. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical maintenance activities and ensuring reliable plant operations across manufacturing, healthcare, data centers, and utilities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or cement industry experience, strong communication and leadership, and a solid mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or cement industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment
• Analyze data from completed work orders and process data
• Document and monitor equipment history files
• Provide technical support for plant activities and maintenance functions
