Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas. You will lead a maintenance team, diagnose issues, and ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality in line with company standards.

The role covers the Make Ready process, handling work orders, coordinating with contractors, managing inventory, assisting with budgets, and upholding cost-control practices while delivering responsive service

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and evaluating employees.
• Knowledge of budget planning and cost-control practices.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance in property maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and Make Ready processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Oversee the Make Ready process from start to finish per company policies.
• Handle work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Inspect work by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist Community Manager with budget planning.
