Qualifications
- 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
- 3+ years maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience leading technicians in a multi-craft environment.
- Experience in highly automated manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor technicians.
- Support cross-training initiatives.
- Create clear development paths for technicians and team leaders.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
- Hold employees accountable fairly and consistently.
- Address performance concerns constructively.
- Lead through influence and example.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
- Manage work orders and technician scheduling.
