Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability and/or maintenance positions required.

• Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for unit Mechanics and E&I Mechanics.
• Develop and implement procedures and training programs.
• Lead the area reliability program and coordinate inspections.
• Support the identification and maintenance of spare parts inventory.
• Facilitate excellent environmental, health, and safety performance.
