Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America in Jackson, TN seeks a Maintenance Group Leader to supervise maintenance teams, drive TPM/PM programs, and apply TPS methods to minimize downtime and sustain a reliable production platform. The role includes planning staffing with the Assistant Manager, directing floor activities, developing standardized work, leading safety and continuous improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred; knowledge of TPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and team members.
• Plan staffing and scheduling with the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor staffing, hours, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Lead safety, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain maintenance systems and PM programs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.
