Management Performance Associates is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably automotive supply. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while leading teams through continuous improvement and ramp-ups.

You will champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies, coordinating with senior management to achieve profitability and operational excellence in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex manufacturing operations, preferably automotive supplier.
• Experience supporting new program launches and production ramp-ups.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with automotive quality systems and customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead production teams to meet customer schedules and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Monitor labor efficiency, machine utilization, and production costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and 8D actions for quality and downtime issues.
• Support new program launches and ramp-up activities.
• Communicate performance and results to senior management.
• Promote engagement and a culture of operational excellence.
