Job summary

You will develop and execute site maintenance strategies, advance predictive maintenance, manage budgets, and develop talent across the maintenance organization while coordinating with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, operations or similar.
• 7+ years leading maintenance/reliability in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance strategy to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Develop and coach maintenance team including operators and electricians.
• Oversee safety and compliance with zero-incident goals.
• Manage budgets, spare parts and PM programs.
