Maintenance SupervisorJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Department and oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment, machinery, and building systems. This role is responsible for supervising Maintenance Mechanics, prioritizing and delegating work, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage both in-house maintenance activities and external service providers.
