Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across pumps, hydraulics, conveyors, and electrical systems in a Vermont facility. You will install, test, repair, and calibrate components while interpreting schematics and manuals.

You will document completed work in maintenance software, operate various tools, and adhere to safety policies as part of a full-time role with 1st shift availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and US work authorization
• 4+ years maintenance experience and 2+ years electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Experience with control voltages, VFDs, and electrical diagnosis

This role involves performing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance within a facility, including installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing components such as pumps, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, conveyors, and bearings.

Candidates will document work using maintenance software, operate various tools and heavy equipment, and interpret schematics and manuals.

Qualifications Include

• Ability to work safely in varied conditions, lift up to 50lbs, and perform physical tasks

• High School diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, and basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Forklift operation, leadership, CMMS experience (e.g., SAP), and knowledge of inventory systems
• Ability to repair and calibrate pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies
