Westgate Resorts is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance projects and daily work orders at Blackbird Lodge in Leavenworth, WA. You will oversee preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and high guest satisfaction through proactive repairs and efficient operations.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/supervisory roles in resort settings, strong problem‑solving skills, and a track record of coordinating complex tasks.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of General Maintenance/Trades III experience or equivalent supervisory experience in a resort or commercial environment.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of maintenance, building systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to lead projects and teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Lead, coordinate, and support maintenance projects, preventive maintenance, guest requests, work orders, and operational initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members while promoting safety, quality, and exceptional service.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Diagnose and repair equipment, household appliances, fixtures, and other resort systems.
