Job summary

Barry Callebaut in St Albans, VT seeks a Maintenance Lead to implement and improve maintenance planning and scheduling and breakdown elimination systems. You will coach line teams to boost technical capability and link to other Progressive Maintenance systems.

Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm with shift flexibility for coverage. Candidates should have 3+ years of food industry technical experience, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and effective coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in food manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Solid communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively participating in line daily direction setting and daily planning.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Track and report maintenance indicators and progress.
• Develop improvement plans and lead continuous improvement.
