Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Arils Maintenance Lead to supervise daily maintenance across extraction, arils processing, packaging, and facility utilities in a high-speed Ready-to-Eat environment. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and conveyors, and mentor maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities include improving reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring GMP-compliant operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

High-speed food manufacturing environment experience required.
Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, HMIs, and VFDs.
Proficient in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Strong communication and leadership for coaching maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance for extraction, arils processing, packaging, utilities, and facility systems to meet production goals.
Troubleshoot, repair, install, start up, align, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment.
Resolve PLC-controlled systems, HMIs, sensors, and motor controls; manage high and low voltage systems.
Develop and improve PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance using CMMS for work orders and inventory.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.
