Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an Arils Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance for high-speed Ready-to-Eat production, including extraction, arils processing, packaging, and utilities. You will lead troubleshooting, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, driving reliability and uptime while coaching maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing PM/PdM programs, CMMS work orders, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in maintenance.
2 years of related experience in packaging/production equipment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety in a manufacturing setting.
Experience using PM, PdM, RCA, and CMMS to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance operations for extraction, arils processing, packaging, utilities, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
Develop and improve PM, PdM, and RCA programs; manage work orders and inventory via CMMS.
Coach maintenance personnel and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Ensure GMP, LOTO, and food safety compliance; oversee contractor activities as needed.
