Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a heavy manufacturing maintenance environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship/journeyman training preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and reading schematics.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to pass drug screening and employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment, following safety procedures including LOTO.
• Ensure guards and safety equipment are in place before returning equipment to operators.
• Monitor inventory levels of parts, equipment, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and quality issues; escalate as required.
• Perform breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and changeovers on production equipment.
• Operate powered industrial trucks, overhead cranes, and portable cranes as required.
