Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a maintenance leader to drive reliable equipment, safe facilities, and a well-supported maintenance team at our Watertown, WI site. You’ll lead, coach, and plan daily work to keep production running smoothly, while overseeing preventative maintenance and coordinating upgrades and repairs.

Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and productivity, work with vendors and inspectors to stay compliant, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of trades training and/or several years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Industrial electrical knowledge and familiarity with NEC/NFPA standards.
• Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Clear communication with team members, vendors, and leadership.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and doing things the right way.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a skilled maintenance team.
• Plan and prioritize daily work to keep production running efficiently.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and help reduce downtime.
• Manage repair schedules, equipment upgrades, and capital projects.
• Coordinate building and grounds maintenance across the site.
• Partner with other departments to improve processes and productivity.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to stay compliant and on track.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, food safety, and quality.
