Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 10 years progressive experience in multi-trade industrial maintenance.
• Bachelor’s/associate degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plant maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs; plan outages.
• Direct engineering and project efforts; develop CAPEX plans and bids.
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff; foster lean, proactive culture.
• Contribute to troubleshooting processes and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety programs, LOTO, PPE, and regulatory compliance.
