Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our Michigan facility to oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors. You will drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to keep plant operations efficient and compliant with safety standards.

Applicants should have 4+ years in maintenance or project execution, supervisory experience, and proficiency with CMMS and inventory systems. Overtime and weekend work may be required; strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in a technical field or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance.
• Provide maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities.
• Issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
