Job Overview:

Shift: D1: 2/2/3 6:30AM-7:00PM

The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility, hosting a full beverage distribution center. It is the largest KDP manufacturing and distribution site, operating on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles, Lean manufacturing, and High Performance Teams. Associates are accountable to both a functional business unit and the full site operation, utilizing advanced enterprise IT and manufacturing systems.

Summary:

As a Maintenance Inventory Specialist, you will coordinate inventory processes to support maintenance and operations, assist in rebuilding mechanical components, and participate in TPM initiatives. You will report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and support maintenance and engineering tasks including rebuilding machine assemblies and managing spare parts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance inventory data in SAP MRP systems.
  • Review inventory levels, generate purchase requisitions, and perform weekly cycle counts.
  • Assist in parts identification, sign-out, and resource development for preventive maintenance.
  • Handle shipping/receiving, coordinate inventory transfers, and work with vendors.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Finance and Inventory Control.
  • Report on inventory status, obsolete items, and parts usage using SAP and Excel.
  • Organize inventory locations for ease of access for maintenance techs.
Total Rewards:

Hourly Rate: $26.84/hr

Requirements:
  • Two years of relevant experience or similar role.
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
  • Two years of experience with SAP or similar CMMS.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally; capable of repetitive motions and physical tasks.
