What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies to meet Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL) and Freight goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies and support emergent case needs
- Execute Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product launches while ensuring accurate documentation
- Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Provide regular on-call support for critical business needs, including local and occasional overnight travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Interest in transitioning to clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
