Primary location is 706 Gil Harbin Industrial Blvd, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and holiday considerations. Responsibilities include inventory management, parts ordering, warranty coordination, and collaboration with branch financial staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience required.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and ensure timely service support.
• Place and track parts orders with suppliers and Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet and perform cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tires; ensure availability.
• Coordinate with warranty department on warranty items and returns.
• Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor support and timely payments.
