Penske in Temecula, CA seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will oversee parts ordering, stock, warranty items, and collaboration with Customer Service and Warranty teams while using ServiceNet/AS400 to analyze profitability and process improvements. Evening/weekend flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support and to minimize inventory loss.
• Perform process analyses and reviews of Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, RO reviews and other areas; propose improvements.
• Support the branch financial manager with information that improves branch performance and profitability.
