Job summary

Interfor is offering an on-site internship designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in a fast-paced wood products environment. The 4–8 month term starts in May 2027, with interns receiving competitive compensation and the chance to work directly with industry professionals.

You will gain practical skills in maintenance, process improvements, and equipment reliability while contributing to operational performance and safety in a real sawmill setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in forestry, supply chain, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Clear communication and collaboration with the team and other departments.

• Salariesstarting from $3,700 per month (based on your year inschool and previous experience).
