Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep the community grounds clean and well-kept. You will work under the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager to perform daily physical tasks, equipment care, and basic repairs while upholding Bell Core Values.

The role requires 2+ years in grounds keeping and landscaping, and a HS diploma or equivalent. You will contribute to a safe, inclusive work environment and support maintenance operations across our communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities, based on staffing levels.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building.
• Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up debris around buildings, common areas, and breezeways.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
