Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our communities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. You will work under the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager to handle grounds, exteriors, landscaping, gutters, and light maintenance tasks across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family environments.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities depending on staffing.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work with mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Comfort with heights and moving heavy objects; adherence to safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep outdoor areas and breezeways clean and landscaped.
• Plant, prune, mow, fertilize, and manage pests as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment; lubricate and repair as necessary.
• Clean buildings, common areas, and vacated apartments as directed.
• Assist with pool maintenance and winter weather duties as required.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and maintain punctual attendance.
