Bell Partners in Durham, NC seeks a Maintenance Assistant to keep the community grounds clean and well-maintained under supervision. You will perform landscaping, gutter cleaning, seasonal upkeep, and support the maintenance team with light duties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in grounds keeping, a high school diploma, and the ability to perform physical tasks. The role requires reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented approach. EOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years landscaping experience; EPA/HVAC certifications may be required depending on site staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep exterior areas and breezeways clean and landscaped.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, plant flowers, and tend beds.
• Clean gutters and manage seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Assist with pool maintenance and snow/ice tasks as needed.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and maintain tools.
