Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to uphold the grounds and exterior spaces of our communities. You will perform daily upkeep, landscaping, and light maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on site needs and staffing. The role demands physical work, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on staffing levels.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the grounds of the property and surrounding areas.
• Keep buildings and common areas clean and orderly.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment; basic repairs as needed.
• Assist with pool maintenance and safety checks where applicable.
• Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months.
